EndürLife Partner Terms & Conditions

By enrolling as an EndürLife Partner, you agree to the following: 1. Independent Contractor You are an independent contractor and not an employee. You are responsible for your own taxes and business activities. 2. No Income Guarantees Earnings are not guaranteed and depend on individual effort, consistency, and customer volume. 3. Product & Income Claims You may not make medical claims or income promises. All products must be represented as general wellness support only. 4. Ethical Marketing No spam, cold messaging, or deceptive practices. You agree to represent the brand professionally. 5. No Inventory Requirement There is no requirement to purchase or hold inventory. 6. Qualification Requirement Commissions are paid only in months where 100 PV is achieved through personal or customer purchases. 7. Compliance You agree to follow all local, state, and federal laws when promoting EndürLife. 8. Social Media Conduct You may not: Make health or income claims Misrepresent yourself as the company Use misleading marketing 9. Cross Recruiting You may not recruit EndürLife partners into competing network marketing companies. 10. Commission Payments Commissions are calculated monthly and paid between the 5th–10th of the following month. A minimum payout of $50 applies. Amounts below roll over. Payments may be held to account for refunds or chargebacks. 11. Termination EndürLife reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations. 12. Modifications EndürLife may update policies, compensation, and procedures at any time.
