This Brand Partner Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Tobria LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("Company"), and the individual or entity applying to become a Tobria Brand Partner ("Brand Partner").

6. Returns & Refunds

Unopened, unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is processed. Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
